What is your long range goal or objective?
Since I am a fresh graduate, it is very likely that I will be assigned a position of site engineer or technician or trainee. If you appoint me as a trainee or a site engineer, within 5 to 7 years I would like to be a lead engineer. If given opportunity, I will try to learn as much as I can, and I also plan to keep track of the mistakes that I will make. I plan to do so because when I will become a lead engineer, my track of mistakes would help me understand the perspectives of fresh graduates that I will mentor better. I also plan do my masters in engineering management through distance learning. By taking all these steps, I feel I will be prepared to take greater responsibility, when presented in the longer term.
